5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jk4 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, and jk4 bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party processors or banking institutions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. jk4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before approving withdrawal requests, which may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be declined, and the account will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
jk4 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk4 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability to any user shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
jk4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we believe a violation of these terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected. Common grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: fraudulent activity, underage gambling, use of prohibited software, chargeback disputes, failure to complete verification, or self-exclusion requests. Upon closure of an account, any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game rules, and eligible balances will be returned to the account holder after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to jk4. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion program will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period under any circumstances. jk4 retains transaction records and account history in accordance with applicable data retention obligations even after an account is closed.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on jk4.bet — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jk4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
